In the real world, people everywhere take extra care to wash their hands, and avoid situations that could put them at risk to get the virus. But in Appalachia's digital entertainment, some dispersed run first in life-threatening situations.
"If I had no active disease I would be engaging with infected enemies that I could avoid, sleeping in dirty sleeping bags, (and) eating rotten food from my building or random plants," Fallout 76 Actor Darth Obnoxious told Polygon, that he remembers some of the videos he escaped last year.
Fallout 76 it took place in the post-apocalypse, when the atomic bombing had wiped out a respectable society and taunted most of the world. The multiplayer multiplayer game is asking fans to pay attention to how they interact with nature to survive. Your character needs to eat, drink and sleep – but if you want to keep your avatar healthy, you'll have to look for clean, non-polluting resources. You should also be careful when dealing with creatures, which have evolved into new species and are capable of transmitting disease to the player.
The list of potential injuries is long. Spots can trigger something called "Blood Worms," which can weaken your constitution. In the meantime, the Mutant scorpion, can give the player "Exhaust Sores," a disease that causes your wounds to spill over. Spend enough time in the trash can, and your genetic makeup may change completely. In some cases, this change can be beneficial – finding something called the "Healing Factor" can significantly increase your re-emergence – but these status effects often have some sort of downside. Finding “Eagle Eyes” may increase your understanding, but your character will lose some power.
Eliminating these problems is usually just a matter of taking the right medication (or visiting a doctor nearby), which is easy enough, but infections can still irritate an unwanted rider. Generally, most players fight for a clean charge of life … unless they want to achieve the game.
Fallout 76 it has an in-game currency called Atoms, which can be redeemed at a cosmetics store, such as a cryptid dress. Atoms can be purchased for real money, or they can be acquired in an online game with challenges. Finding any given disease in the first place can get you some atoms, but it also has the specific challenge of finding all the diseases in the game. The more you are sick, the better.
According to several Fallout 76 For players who have spoken to Polygon, most diseases occur naturally with normal playing power. For example, Darth Obnoxious, recalls that he often finds himself very stressed, but not willing to give up any of his robberies. Therefore, his character will eventually travel long distances of natural hazards to reach the dealership, where he can load. It can mean traveling across a wastewater system, for example, which often means dealing with dyes or particles.
"Water is one of the places where you will catch infections faster," notes Darth Obnoxious.
"They are very bad, in my opinion, not because they have a huge impact on statistics like other diseases, but they continue," he said. Eliminating these conditions often wipes out your food and water supply. Darth Obnoxious tried his best, however, and opted for a "Pfowalker" mutation that caused enemy injuries while ill.
"Hundreds of young critics fell to my feet as I passed by," he said.
With the illness that fans can get, they turn to their peers. Forums are full of beautiful anecdotes where people tell each other float in damp pools, or at stand in flames for as long as possible. It's a thin line, because the game doesn't tell you how or why she got sick – leaving players to practice and practice, even if it means putting their character at risk. Too bad, because Fallout 76
Perhaps the worst disease chased by players is called The Whoopsies, a dangerous condition that reduces your character by 2 points. One player is reported spent over 676 hours – about a month of real-world time – trying to compound the disease, almost in pursuit of a challenge. One player in the interview says they have been trying to find Whoopsies since the beta game is back in 2018.
This is an unpleasant question to eliminate the challenges of diagnosing disease internally # Fallout76 The only thing I need to get is Woopsies. How on earth do you get that. For a few months you won't be able to see it. That's the last thing I need.

It took Darth Obnoxious about a month of trial and error to understand what made The Whoopsies happen. He knew that the Mirelurks were involved in some way, because his friend got it out by crustaceans. But that was all he knew at first, which meant he had to get creative.
“I tried to disarm, use (medicine), to make sure I was hungry or thirsty, but nothing would work,” she recounts.
Part of what makes The Whoopsies so difficult is that, even if you know the exact conditions to diagnose it, the discomfort that it can cause to damage your body is quite low.
"This is a disease that affects everyone, because of all you have to do to get it," Fallout 76
Hatchlings should attack the player in order opportunity to get the disease. If you get this so far – the Mirelurk Queen can be a tough boss – the bitter must continue to attack the player for several minutes. That if you're lucky. The Queen may not produce hatchlings at all. Hatchlings can die before they get The Whoopsies, or they won't treat the disease. Players also need to be filled with more anti-radiation, Metzger noted, saying that skill was very important to his efforts. Good luck, resources, and time should be on your side.
"Mirelurk Queens can be painful to deal with," said Darth Obnoxious.
It wasn't until last year, after six months of trying out the "All Disease" challenge, that Darth Obnoxious finally got the mysterious Whoopsies. It was real – his playing team had almost stopped the challenge. But one fateful day, they just stumbled upon the Mirelurk Queen who seemed to be getting a chance to photograph. But since the altered crown finally attacked them while they were taking pictures, the family decided to try The Whoopsies one last time. Darth Obnoxious remembers letting “hatchlings bother me as they pleased,” just to see what would happen. After about five minutes, and after months of receiving a broad outbreak of infections and diseases, his character finally found The Whoopsies. He notes, some of his friends, gave up on the road.
"I'm glad it was a challenge, and I'm glad the diseases were designed for this game in such a way that it would be dangerous or a bonus depending on how you choose to play it," he told Polygon. “I feel for all the first-class critics who have lost their lives not to come near me when I pass by one of the people, but I have no plans to remove the mutation.
“My appreciation for the various illnesses that I keep track of will sometimes continue as long as I play Fallout 76. ”
