You will be hard pressed to find a product from Anker that fails to exceed expectations. Also, the new-budget-its Soundcore Strike 1 Game Edition it's no different.
Much like company cables, power adapters, and processors, Soundcore Strike headsets are expensive. Medium advertised price $ 35 and $ 50, these prints offer and the quality you would expect from headphones at twice the cost.
First and foremost, the Strike 1 is a very good weight so they don't wash much by listening to music. But that boomy basket from 52mm drivers, however, is fun during gameplay. I found some really good headset when playing FPS, like Overwatch.
Anker says they did this thinking that this "emphasizes the sound of gunfire and the measures to identify enemy positions." I don't really know what that entails, but then I understood more of the enemy's position with this article.
That said, the sonics (alongside the bass) remind me of mine IronSeries Arctis 1 Wireless Sport Headset
The removable microphone is, well, that's fine. And, that's another Anker. Mike's on the game headsets are sadly popular, and to be transferable is actually amazing.
Gel foam inserts, they are very free and that is a huge investment. Most cans of low budget cans I've tested for heat and this didn't bother me even after hours of play.
Frankly, there's not much I can say about these headphones. They do exactly what you want the wired game setup to do and they are easy on your bag. If you want RGB lighting and 7.1 surround sound, you'll need to invest $ 15 more dollars on Anker Soundcore Strike 3. But since that connects via USB, your usage is slightly affected (see: no good for changing the game) so I chose the cheapest Strike 1.
Whatever you choose, you should rest easy. Both are excellent value and you may not regret your purchase.
