The Oath of the Skyburner
The Oath of the Skyburner is an Exotic Scout Rifle modeled after the Cabal Slug Rifle. His first exotic perk is slug gun, which causes the weapon to gain power when you aim down the sights and fire grenades when you fire from the hip. The second exotic perk is For the empire. This perk makes the weapon fully auto, deals extra damage to Cabal enemies, and most importantly, penetrates the shields of Phalanx enemies.
All of the perks surrounding Skyburner’s Oath make it sound awesome, but it’s a pretty mediocre weapon. However, later this month it’s getting what sounds like a major upgrade, so it’s worth playing on.
Raiju’s dishes
Raiju’s dishes is a Hunter Exotic chest piece with the perk He hired more. Mobius Conduit buffs Whirlwind Guard, allowing players to disable the ability early. It also causes it to consume energy more slowly when not attacking and for guarding to not consume extra super energy.
Xur’s role this week has a total of 58 stats.
Eternal Warrior
Eternal Warrior is a returning Titan Helm determination. This time Eternal Warrior offers the Determined intrinsic benefit. Activating Fists of Havoc – the Striker Titan Super – grants you an overshield.
This is a difficult exotic to place, especially pre-Arc 3.0. Activating your Super already gives you bonus defense, so an overshield would essentially make you invincible. If you’re playing Striker in highly competitive PvP – like Trials of Osiris – this is a great helmet to wear when you need nothing else.
Xur’s role this week has a total of 66 stats.
Aeon Soul
Aeon Soul is a pair of Warlock Gauntlets Curse of Osiris. These Exotics have recently had a makeover and now work similarly to Aeon Safe for Titans and Aeon Swift for Hunters. The Aeon Soul doesn’t actually have an Exotic perk. Players can apply powerful unique mods working to help them and their allies.
These mods are free and come in an additional mod slot. They offer bonuses like faster reloads for yourself when you get precision hits. They also grant bonuses to your allies, such as bonus energy when you stun a champion. There are three unique mods to choose from, each with unique effects for you and your allies. The mods are the same for all Aeon Exotic.
Xur’s role this week has a total of 61 stats.
Exotic Cipher Quest
off in Beyond the Light, Xur has a new search for an exotic cipher. With the exotic cipher you can buy old exotics at the Monuments to Lost Light kiosk in the tower. You’ll need these items and some other currency to get Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth.
This week, Xur wants you to complete 21 strikes or win Crucible or Gambit matches. Completing the quest will give you an Exotic Cipher that you can use however you like.
