Once you get the Sundelions and give them to Hudson, a cute cutscene will play and Mattison’s Independence will be complete.
You can now return to Hudson and Rhondson’s house and buy a plot of land from Rhondson for 1,500 rupees.

After you’ve bought the pieces, you’ll want to use Ultrahand to move them around the property and glue them together or on top of each other as you see fit to create the home of your dreams.
If you no longer want a piece on your lot, you can remove it from the lot and the Hudson Construction staff will store it for you when you’re done building. Comfortable!
