The first of the two episodes of Lost Records were released in mid -February: Bloom & Rage and the history of the four young people Nora, autumn, Kat and Swann continue in the second episode, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 2: Rage.
The second episode takes up the story immediately after the first, in which we saw how the four girls joined in the summer of 1995 and how they meet in 2022 in a bar in the city where their summer adventure took place, although they promised not to see each other again. Just not that nod with the first episode was in full narrative form, and it is certain that they are still in this second episode.
I will not go into history too much, because as always in these games the story is the heart and you have to live it in the first person, but let me tell me now that the action in Tape 2: Rage it really reaches the heart. I don't know anyone like Nod who can tell a story so that it rises under the skin -it is not very susceptible to the arguments, they do not affect me -but the story of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage caught me.

The tone of this second episode is different and is influenced by the somewhat surprising end of the first episode. It is now characterized by impotence, despair and hopelessness, and there are passages that are not really very pleasant. Nod do not click all right buttons, and when you have experienced the topics of the first handball, it is difficult not to feel it inside.
Apart from the story, Volume 2 develops: Rage similar to the first edition. Now it's a little more exciting, but it's not very fast. Everything develops slowly and there is space for long sequences with music and firm, calm and panoramic processes. You cannot avoid having a feeling of Twin Peaks if the game is moving with grace and sometimes interrupted with sequences in which nothing happens: there is a very special atmosphere for the game.

There is also not much gameplay here, since you actually experience an interactive story that you can influence on. Once again you have to use the Swann video camera to film several sequences that help to advance the story and you have to solve simple puzzles and tasks. The visual effects are very pleasant and atmospheric and generally use very cinematic chamber angles and calm chamber movements to stay calm and the environment.
It did not manage to grasp the style of the 90s, especially when the Swann video camera is used. Here the image changes to a 4: 3 format with granulated quality and an excessive hard contrast, as can be seen in these video cameras of the 90s.
The soundtrack is excellent, with very good interpretations of the synchronization caretaker, and the dialogues are always credible and convincing. As always with these stories by Don, music is the protagonist, and it is here too. The soundtrack is mainly responsible for the American singer songwriter Ruth Romelet (singer of the Chromatics Group) and the Canadian milk and bone group and is a dreamy and melancholic soundtrack that fits perfectly into the style of the game.
Volume 2: Rage closes lost records: Bloom & Rage really well. This time there is no great action, but it is a really strong story, and you would have to be made of granite so as not to move a little. It is exactly the way life can be: beautiful and very brutally at the same time.
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a game that is played in your head for a while after playing playing. Not many games can do that, and if you have played the first episode, do a favor and also play tape 2 because it is as good as the first and completed the beautiful story of the four friends Nora, autumn, Kat and no less important swann.
