Pokémon Go Animation Week 2020 event guide: Time Research and awards

The event will run from November 6 to November 12 and increase the growth of anime-related Pokémon sprouts, such as Scyther, Cibone, Meowth, and Croagunk. Pikachu wearing a special hat will also be available during the event.

There is also a set of outdated research available during the event with 11 changing steps. It rewards Lucky Eggs

Week 2020 Time Research

Step 1 of 11

• Catch 5 Pokémon (3 Razz Berries)
• Transfer Pokémon (3 Super Potions)
• Make 3 good throws (5 Poké Balls)

Reward: Event combination Pikachu, 500 Stardust, 500 XP

Step 2 of 11

• I’m fighting another coach (3 Hyper Potions)
• Battlefield (3 Refreshing)
• Win a raid (1 Wind)

Reward: 1 Sinnoh Stone, 500 Stardust, 500 XP

Step 3 of 11

• Winning Team Go Rocket Grunts (20 Venusaur Mega Energy)
• Catch 2 Pokémon on the weather (20 Venusaur Mega Energy)
• Catch 3 Pokémon grass (20 Venusaur Mega Energy)

Reward: Ivysaur Combination, 500 Stardust, 500 XP

Step 4 of 11

• Give your 3 treatments (5 Razz Berries)
• Earn a heart with your friend (5 Pinap Berries)

• Draw an egg (Tentacool merger)
• Spin 3 PokéStops or Gyms (Croagunk combination)
• Spin 3 PokéStops or Gyms (Piplup Meetings)

• Perform 3 good throws in a row (Cyndaquil merger)
• Catch 1 flying-type Pokémon (combination of Hoothoot)
• Clean 1 Shadow Pokémon (1 Lucky Egg)
