Romance candidates have special cutscenes that are unlocked once you reach a certain number of hearts with them, but that’s it for now. More cutscenes, dating, marriage, and even having children are all features planned for future updates.

Note that our list not not a complete list of their favorite and loved items, but a list of items that you can get earlier than other items.
Marriage candidates and simple gifts for the fields of Mistria
At the time of writing this article, there are 10 romance candidates in Fields of Mistriaalthough it has been hinted that more will be added later.
Adeline is the daughter of the barons of the city and therefore the one in charge of Mistria. She is the one who sends you tasks to rebuild the city.
At the beginning of the game you can give her Tulips (spring) and Peaches (Summer) to strengthen your relationship with her. You can collect tulips on the map and peaches grow on a tree in The Narrows.
She loves Peaches and creamwhich is made from peaches (collected in summer), milk and sugar. (Her brother Eiland also likes peaches and cream, so it would be beneficial for both of them to stock up!) She also loves Coffeewhich you can buy from Balor’s Cart or the Sleeping Dragon Inn for 100 Tesserae, depending on the day’s supply. You can also buy it from Darcy during the Saturday market.
Balor is a cunning traveling merchant who will help you ship your items.
You can give Balor early Rubieswhich can be found in the lower floors of the mines (floors 1-19). He also likes SapphiresAnd Emeraldsthe other gems found in later floors.
For a more sophisticated gift, he also loves perfect versions of the above gemstones, such as perfect rubies, perfect sapphiresand the like.
Celine is a gentle girl who studies plants and loves nature. She is also the daughter of the general store owners.
Celine likes flowers, which makes her one of the easiest characters to care for. She likes any flower you can collect, including lilac, Tulips, DandelionAnd daisy — there will probably be plenty of them in spring and summer.
She loves Hydrangeaswhich often grow in summer on the Eastern Road map east of Mistria.
Eiland is the son of the city’s barons and is more interested in archaeology than his sister. He often helps out at the museum.
Unfortunately, Eiland is one of the more difficult marriage candidates to influence, as he actually only likes and loves cooked food. He likes candied strawberrieswhich you can cook with strawberries (grown in spring) and sugar. You can also buy them randomly from Balor’s cart for 250 Tesserae.
Island loves Strawberry cakewhich is only unlocked as a recipe much later, but you can buy it randomly from Balor’s Wagon and the Sleeping Dragon Inn for 600 Tesserae each.
Hayden is your neighbor to the west of your farm who also owns a farm. He specializes in animal care and you buy animals through him.
Nevertheless, Hayden likes most animal byproducts, including Eggs, Cow’s milk, butterAnd Cheese — all items you can get pretty early on when you start keeping animals.
Hayden loves the perfect versions of the above products, which means it is a little harder to give him gifts he loves, but once your animals start to like things like golden eggs And golden cow’s milkyou should be able to win his heart easily. Once you start collecting shiny pearls by caring for animals (which requires you to unlock the Currency of Care ranching skill), you can trade these pearls to the Chicken Coop at Hayden’s house to get these golden items, which will let you get them much sooner than you normally would.
Juniper is a sorceress who runs the bathhouse in Mistria. She will also help you uncover some of the secrets behind the town’s magic (or lack thereof).
She likes witchy things, like frogs and mushrooms. The simplest things you can give her are red po isonous mushrooms
On the other hand, Juniper’s favorite dishes are a little more difficult. The first recipe you can cook for her that she loves is Moonfruit cakewhich is unlocked after you complete a request for Juniper asking for Moonfruit. Moonfruit is only collected in the fall, so stock up while you can. She also loves Crystal roseswhich are found in the deep earth areas of the mines (levels 41-59).
March is a bit of a grumpy guy and the town’s blacksmith. He and his older brother are often seen in town.
He’s also a marriage candidate who’s pretty easy to appease – he likes ores and ingots, which you should have plenty of if you’ve ever been to the mines. All ores and bars work.
He loves perfect ores, like perfect copper oreso if you have any left over, you can use those too.
Reina is the daughter of the innkeeper and helps her family run the inn. She is the inn’s head chef and a bit of a foodie.
Most of her preferences have to do with food, but she also appreciates some of the simpler ingredients, such as Cheese, Flour, riceAnd SugarHowever, the mill must be unlocked to process milk, wheat, rice and sugar cane – or you can buy sugar for 115 Tesserae at the general store.
Reina is another contestant who is mainly interested in food, so it can be difficult to get her favorite dishes. The earliest recipe you can get is coleslawfor which cabbage (grown in spring) and fennel (collected in spring) are needed. She also loves breaded catfishwhich isn’t that difficult to prepare once you’ve unlocked the recipe via the Bulletin Board quest.
Ryis is a carpenter/woodworker who will help you build barns, upgrade your house, and do all that cool stuff.
His popular items are pretty simple and easy to get: Wood, clayAnd Stone. If you’ve done even a little bit of cleaning up the mess on your farm, you probably have a lot of this stuff, so you might want to consider giving some to Ryis if you want to win his heart.
Most of Ryis’ favorite products are golden versions of food and animal byproducts, but he also loves Hardwoodwhich you get by cutting down the giant tree stumps you see in Mistria (and on your farm). However, you will need at least a copper axe to cut these down.
Valen is the town doctor, who you won’t actually see very often, as long as you play it safe and go to bed at 2am
It is a little more difficult to satisfy her with the things she likes. The easiest way is to Algaewhich can be found when diving in the sea in the dark, bubbling spots that appear. She also likes Dandelionwhich can be collected in spring.
Like some of the others, their favorite dishes are mostly cooked dishes. We recommend Deep sea soupwhich is made from three elements that you can find on the middle floors of the mines (floors 21-39): Jade Kelp, Mine Clams, and Underwater Kelp.
