TurboGrafx-16 with PC Engine Minis it was scheduled to be released on March 19. However, due to coronavirus (COVID-19), smaller consoles will be delayed.

Konami announced that an outbreak of coronavirus has hampered production in China, too resulting in a suspension of shipping. There is currently no ETA for when production and shipping will resume. Below is Konami's statement:
In connection with the TurboGrafx-16 mini console and its other component components, manufacturing and distribution facilities in China have experienced unstoppable suspension due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, delivery of all TurboGrafx-16 mini products, scheduled for March 19, 2020, will be delayed until further notice.
We apologize profusely to our customers for this important interruption, and we humbly ask for your understanding and patience while paying close attention to the situation. We are investing in our efforts to deliver the TurboGrafx-mini as soon as possible, and will provide more details on delivery (SIC) the time is already guaranteed.
The delay also affects the PC Engine Core Grafx mini designed for Europe and the PC engine mini designed for Japan.
