Ubisoft's 9 Biggest Announcements at E3 2021

The first of many E3 2021 online press conferences began on Saturday with Ubisoft Forward. Based on Last week’s teaser and the official event description, we expected a preview of upcoming releases, such as Far Cry 6, Rainbow Six extraction, and Reiter Republic, along with updates too Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, For honor, Guard dogs: Legion, and The crew 2.

Here is a roundup of the biggest announcements from Ubisoft Forward E3 2021.

Rainbow 6 extraction

We have a new look at the upcoming one Rainbow 6 extraction, the Spin-off for Ra inbow Six Siege

‘s outbreak mode. The game was originally supposed to be called Rainbow Six quarantine, but after the 2020 pandemic, Ubisoft changed the name to extraction.

The deep dive gameplay footage shows extraction‘s Operators in an Alaskan Archæan ecosystem as they compete against aliens like Grunts, Spikers, Rooters, Smashers, Lurkers and Apex.

Rainbow 6 extraction will be released on September 16 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X. The game will also feature cross-play so players can team up on different platforms.

Learn guitar with Rocksmith +

Ubisoft’s ten-year-old Rocksmith franchise becomes an “interactive music-learning subscription service” with its next entry, Rocksmith +. We checked out Rocksmith + ‘s Riff Repeater and progress tracking, along with the promise of an expanded library.

Reiter Republic

We looked at a hodgepodge of extreme sports Reiter Republic‘s Hub, along with insights into 6v6 competitions, career mode, mass races, and even an exploration mode.

Ubisoft also gave players a glimpse into first-person mountain biking, snowboarding in parks, and sliding between mountains with a rocket-powered jetpack. There are races in all of these sports, including rocket-powered pedal bikes, to match your new jetpack.

Reiter Republic will be released on September 2nd on Amazon Luna, Google Stadia, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.

Rainbow Six Siege

Rainbow Six Siege’s sixth year promises improvements in quality of life, including crossplay, over the next year.

We took a look at the game’s newest defensive operator, Thunderbird. The Thunderbird preview came in the form of a beautiful animated trailer in which the new operator picks up a bear with a flare gun and lives to tell the story.

Thunderbird is offered as part of. be available siege‘s North Star Update and Event starting next week on June 14th.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

The already gigantic world of Valhalla gets even bigger. After this Wrath of the Druids, we took a look at the next expansion, The siege of Paris. including black box infiltration missions, new equipment and enemies.

Ubisoft also announced the educational Discovery Tour: Viking Age will be released this fall.

There will be more expansions next year.

Werewolves inside

We have an exclusive foretaste of the upcoming film Werewolves inside, hits theaters on June 25th and will be streamed on July 2nd.

Far Cry 6

We have an introduction to the upcoming one Far Cry 6‘s story and met Anton Castillo by Giancarlo Esposito.

We already saw a leaked video today showing the return of past villains from the franchise. Ubisoft Forward showed us the official post-launch content trailer for the Season Pass, including Vaas, Pagan and Joseph.

Mario + Rabbids Spark of Hope

Another leak called the 2017 sequel Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle coming to Switch next year – Mario + Rabbids Spark of Hope. We got the full reveal of this Planet Hopping Crossover, including the Rabbid versions of Super Mario Galaxy Characters like Rabbid Rosalina.
