WayForward announced a DLC for River City Girls 2 of Double Dragon where its protagonists Billy and Jimmy Lee are finally playable in the beat ‘em up. The game Double Dragon has already been referenced previously in River City Girls (like with Marin), but this is the first time that the Lee brothers accompany the girls of the universe Union with in River City. These martial artists debuted in their 1987 arcade game, punching and kicking left and right.
His special moves such as the cyclone kick, rising knee and more will also be present in River City Girls 2. Voice actors Dan Avidan (Billy) and Arin Hanson (Jimmy) also return. A new song performed by Hanson and Avidan with songwriter Megan McDuffee is added, as well as a master dojo for the Lee brothers.
In addition to the premium content DLC, a free update will be available to all owners of River City Girls 2. This will add a new animated comic Double Dragontwo new stores, accessories and more. Details will be shared closer to launch in mid-year.
