Actually, the action role-playing game Steelrising should appear in June. But as so often in these times, nothing will come of it for the time being. Developer Spiders confirmed a postponement of the release date.
Spiders scored well with Greedfall, the studio’s last role-playing game to date. We are all the more excited about the new work Steelrising, which bizarrely mixes the age of the French Revolution with robots. Actually, the whole thing should appear in June for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. But nothing comes of it again, Spiders also has to bow to the wave of displacement.
The new date is now September 8, 2022, after all “only” a postponement of three months. Apart from the succinct “we want to ensure the best possible gaming experience”, there are no more concrete reasons. Based on this, the developers simply seem to need more time for polishing and bug fixing.
