Today, The Pokémon Company International announced that it is heading to San Diego to host its first panel at Comic-Con International 2023, titled Pokémon: Bringing the iconic animation to a global audience.
Taking place on Thursday, July 20th from 11:45am to 12:45pm PDT in Room 6BCF of the San Diego Convention Center, the panel will offer a behind-the-scenes look at how the beloved Pokémon animated series was localized from its original Japanese version to one of the most popular series in enjoyed by an international audience.
In addition, attendees will be able to get a sneak peek at the final installment of Pokémon Ultimate Journeys: The Series, which will conclude the legendary 25-season journey of Ash Ketchum and his Pikachu, as well as the highly anticipated Pokémon Horizons: The Series, which will soon arrive worldwide.

Outside of the panel, trainers will be able to interact with the Pokémon brand through other expo experiences, such as photo opportunities, fan-focused giveaways and product previews, at various partner booths.
