Marvel was at its worst in the 90s. In order to replenish its coffers, the publisher decides to resell the rights to these characters on the big and small screens to various companies. This happened on this occasion Sony got their hands on Spider-Man to produce the films we know today
For this reason, we have been treated to films like “Venom,” “Morbius” and more recently “Madame Web” for years. Unfortunately, most of them were received quite poorly, and not the last of them will say the opposite. However, before Madame Web, another SSU feature film was considered the best in this universe. And the good news is that it’s now available on Netflix.
