This week's exotic weapon is the cold heart of the energy tracking rifle. It was originally a pre-order product of Destiny 2. "Ice Heart" uses Exotic Innnsic perk Cold Fusion. This will emit a stable cold fusion laser. Lengthening the barrel makes it a bit bulky, which is why the processing speed is reduced.
