The long-awaited title is in the final stages of production.
Remedy recently released its financial results for 2022 and, for this reason, its CEO, Tero Virtalawanted to provide new information about Alan Wake 2.
Virtala said that the development of the game is progressing at a good pace
and which is in the final phase of production. This means that Alan Wake 2 is now playable from start to finish internally and that the development team will soon polish the title.
This is reassuring news, because the project has been rather discreet since its announcement at The Game Awards 2021. With this respect, Sam Lake, Creative Director of Remedy
had communicated in May 2022 the studio’s decision not to show the game last summer.
