Game news Borderlands 3: Plunder of the Universe, a five-week event for the two years of the game
Despite the recent departures of seven of its developers, Borderlands 3 still keeps its heart on the party and intends to mark the occasion for its second anniversary. So there are no fewer than three mini-events that follow each other up to the anniversary date of the game.
To thank the enthusiasm that the Borderlands community has shown since we launched. has shown Borderland 3, but especially s ince the beginning of the franchise, Gearbox Entertainment’s teams have been working on a series of three mini-events that will mark the end of the summer period.
Raiders of the Ark, so it’s time to prepare because chaos is still around the regions of Borderland 3 and with the start of “Looting of the Universe”, it won’t stop. So from today until September 9th, a prey rain will fall into play.
Borderlands 3 is full of planets to explore, and in honor of four of them, certain weapons and equipment drop rates are increased by one per week.
“Looting the Universe” event from August 12th to September 9th
- Week 1 (August 12 at 6 p.m. to August 19 at 5:59 p.m.): Pandora
- Week 2 (August 19 at 6 p.m. to August 26 at 5:59 p.m.): Prometheus
- Week 3 (August 26 at 6 p.m. to September 2 at 5:59 p.m.): Eden-6
- Week 4 (September 2 at 6 p.m. to September 9 at 5:59 p.m.): Nekrotafeyo
Finally, in the week leading up to the game’s anniversary, there will be not just one but two mini-events starting on September 9th at 6pm.. The first of them Light chaos, focuses on simplified modifiers for Chaos Mode. The second, Eridium rain, is aptly named as it will be possible to obtain more Eridium from enemies while Eridian items are on sale.
However, the teams working on Borderlands 3 have one final surprise in store that won’t be revealed at the last moment!
Borderlands 3, which has just welcomed a cross-platform update with cross-play functionality, is on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and Stadia available.
