News wise Enshrouded: Which classes should you choose in the skill tree, solo or co-op?
There’s an entire RPG dimension in Enshrouded, materialized through a talent tree (among other things), and navigation is sometimes a bit complicated. In this article we explain how it works, but also what decisions you have to make, whether you are alone or in a group.
Before we look at the different classes in the game, let’s first look at how the skill tree works in Enshrouded. You will have a whole series of branches that lead you to 12 courses divided into three categories: Ranged (physics) in green, ranged (magic) in blue, and melee in red.
Every time you unlock a skill, you can also unlock the ones the branches communicate with, which means You can acquire skills from any of the three categories if you ever want.
Points that you can spend are gained by leveling up, of course, but also every time you destroy a root from an elixir fountain for the first time. To reset this tree, You need to go to the Flame Altar and spend runes there.
Which class should I choose alone?
If, as we’ll see later in this article, playing in a group makes it easier to specialize in a role, it’s not the same knowing you’ll be playing alone most of the time. In this case, him You have to be able to be autonomous in many situations.
The first thing we advise you to do is invest a few skill points in mining. This may seem pretty unnecessary, but quick You will come across ores that take a long time to mine
Since then, Investing a few points will save you a lot of time! For the rest, you want a build that allows you to do a minimum of damage so as not to fight each of the mobs for long seconds and still have enough to survive.
The Barbarian is a good choice in this regard. Naturally, You can also play more DPS oriented classeslike the Battlemage or even the Ranger, but you have to be careful with your placements to avoid being punished.
Which courses should you choose as a group at Enshrouded?
We can also tell you right away that with this section we are not reinventing the wheel and will provide you with a composition that will work in most group RPGs. Your goal will be to have half of your team composed DPS, whether magical or physical (It’s best to have one of each if possible).
The other half should be support characters that put the DPS in the best conditions to do damage. Since then, You will need tanks and characters that can heal the damage suffered.
The good news, is that Enshrouded allows you to play with up to 16 players, which is more than enough to form homogeneous groups. If being 16 isn’t always easy, finding three other players should be largely doable. Here is the composition we would recommend:
- 1 magic DPS
- 1 DPS physique
- 1 tank
- 1 healer
