Sony has revealed the next batch of games to be added to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium.
For PS Plus Extra owners, you’ll be able to get three different Yakuza games, which is just the beginning for Yakuza fans or those keen to try the series for the first time.
Eventually, the full Yakuza series will hit PS Plus by the end of 2022. So, if you’ve never tried these games, now is the time to start.
In addition, subscribers can play the 1v1 asymmetric horror game Dead by Daylight for free. This particular multiplayer option will soon receive its second Resident Evil chapter featuring the demonic Albert Wesker.
There’s also Ghost Recon Wildlands from Ubisoft’s third-person shooter Tom Clancy, and Bugsnax, an unusual adventure game full of half-worm, half-snack creatures. You can also check out the trial versions of Mana, Metro Exodus, Monopoly Madness, Monopoly Plus and UNO for free this month.
Bad news for PS Plus Premium subscribers. This month, it appears that no new classics will be added to the lineup. It certainly sucks for those paying for the higher tiers. Hopefully September will be more suitable for classic games.
