When you return an item, you are not tied to the branch where you bought it. Instead, you can return your purchases in a Saturn store of your choice.

If you want to return a product, you can have Saturn send you a return label. The return shipment is then free of charge for you. To return freight forwarded goods, such as a television, you have to contact customer service and make an appointment for the pick-up.
