Less than a month separates us from Final Fantasy XVI, the return of the king of JRPGs to the industry. There are already 16 numbered entries for a saga with several decades of history behind it, which has made us think within Square Enix that perhaps the numbering should be abandoned in the future.
What we will not see in any way will be the appearance of the notification that we have a day one patch for the PS5 work. A true rarity in the industry, as we’ve gotten badly used to the fact that as soon as the game starts, the entire process stops to download the latest update that offers further polish.
This will not be the case Final Fantasy XVI
Current efforts are focused on testing the game on a daily basis to try to catch as many bugs as possible and fix them. The second reason is that from Square Enix they understand that not all the public have the necessary Internet access to download the day one patch, so they guarantee that the community can access the adventure at the same time. On the other hand, Naoki Yoshida has revealed what you need at all costs to create the best Final Fantasy possible.
