The Last of Us Part 1 is finally out from the PC version! Unfortunately, the quality of this long-awaited PC port leaves a lot to be desired, with many complaining of crashes, freezes, and poor optimization.

This wave of disappointment has resulted in mostly negative reviews for Steam as of this writing.In response, Naughty Dog posted statement via twitter It states: “The Last of Us Part One PC Players: We’ve heard your concerns, and our team is actively investigating the multiple issues you reported.”
Tt continued: “We will continue to update you, but our team is prioritizing updates and will address issues in an upcoming patch.” In a follow-up tweet on the same thread, the official Last of Us account urged anyone experiencing issues to People submit tickets to help resolve these issues.
Ultimately, this isn’t the kind of thing the folks at Naughty Dog were hoping to see now that The Last of Us TV is over, and it’s sure to get a new wave of PC gamers excited about the IP. Let’s pray that those responsible for the transplant and Naughty Dog can quickly address these issues and resolve them as soon as possible, before people who were previously keen to join the series start looking elsewhere for entertainment.
