Nintendo has been spending the majority of this year releasing new profile pictures, backgrounds, and borders that Nintendo Switch Online members can get using gold coins that they can earn. These rewards are usually themed around various games, such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Strikers: Battle League and The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild.
In fact, Nintendo isn’t done with The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild and Animal Crossing New Horizons just yet. Nintendo has confirmed that this month’s batch of Nintendo Switch Online icons are Animal Crossing: New Horizons residents that have October birthdays, as well as a new batch of The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild icons.
