Riot plans to take it out Runeterra mythology every two weeks. The dots rotate between the smaller and larger clips, with 0.8.3 being the pattern for the smaller panel. The grand clocks – the first of which is to hit in two weeks – will focus on major card upgrades and balance. Riot plans to kick off the event Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. ET
While the 0.8.3 patch does not cover the XP program, the team at Riot is watching it:
One of our main goals for moving forward is to encourage reward play without forcing a morality-like behavior – we want you to have effective ways to improve, and we want those experiences to be fun. For example, we don't want players to feel like they need to digest AI games or withdraw matches to maximize their progress.

According to the new additions to the game, there are three new Guardians, who play avatars that players can buy to make their own. The lake brings Basilisk, Silverwing, and Gloomtooth to Runeterra. Each guard costs 590 Coins, or about $ 6.
