With more than a month of its launch, Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War is offering a free trial of its multiplayer mode for all available platforms until December 24.
This offer will be divided into two phases: the first phase will run from December 18 to 21 and will give access to the modes Duel 2V2, Team Duel, Festive Nuketown 24/7, Dominion and Raid the Mall. In the second phase they will be available Squad modes: Dirty Bomb, Combined Arms: Hardpoint, and Item Hunt. It will be a total of 18 maps that can be played in this test at no cost.
During this period, all players – regardless of whether they own the game or are on the free trial – will have double experience for their profiles and weapons. To download the multiplayer of Cold War they must go to the digital store of their platform and there they will find the game. For PC, the trial will be available only on Battle.net.
Cold War recently received its first season of content by splicing with the free ‘battle royale’ mode Warzone. This pack included a new map, an operator and a new zone in Warzone call Isla Rebirth.
